At Dmunoz Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality media, marketing, creative services, custom website design and development, and logo/branding packages. Due to the customized nature of our work, which involves tailored strategies, creative assets, branding concepts, coding, and time-based labor, all purchases, deposits, and payments made to Dmunoz Media are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

By purchasing any service, package, or digital product from Dmunoz Media, including custom website design/development and logo & branding packages, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with design or branding concepts after work has begun

  • Branding or creative direction changes

  • Delays caused by client inaction, missing content, or communication gaps

  • Early termination of a project by the client

All of our invoices clearly state our No Refund Policy, and by submitting payment you agree to these terms.

2. Invoices as Contracts

Every invoice issued by Dmunoz Media serves as a binding agreement between the client and Dmunoz Media.
By paying an invoice:

• You acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our No Refund Policy.

• You accept the terms outlined in the invoice and any accompanying scope of work.

• You authorize Dmunoz Media to begin work based on the details provided in the invoice/estimate.

Once payment is made, it is understood as full acceptance of these contractual terms.

3. Deposits & Retainers

All deposits and retainers paid to begin any project, especially custom websites, logo design, and branding packages, are non-refundable. These payments secure our time, planning, research, and creative resources and will not be returned even if the client cancels or pauses the project.

4. Project Revisions

While refunds are not offered, Dmunoz Media remains committed to client satisfaction. Projects that include revisions will receive them as outlined in the signed agreement or proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

5. Cancellations

If a client cancels a project, all payments made up to that point remain non-refundable. No credit, full refund, or partial refund will be issued.

6. Exceptions

Dmunoz Media will only consider exceptions where required by law. Outside of legal obligations, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

7. Acceptance of This Policy

By engaging with Dmunoz Media, paying an invoice, or signing a proposal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy and acknowledge that invoices act as contractual agreements.
